Located near the ancient fishing village of Stintino and its stunning beach of ''La Pelosa''

The Sea Villas are a residential complex located on a hill overlooking the sea, set at about 8 km away from Stintino: an ancient fishing village close to the stunning beach "La Pelosa", one of the most beautiful in the world. The peaceful village centre offers several amenities: supermarkets, local craft shops and stores.
The villas, that can be set in different spots of the complex, are all confortably furnished and have TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, toaster, crockery and cutlery, bathroom, hairdryer, patio or balcony, shared barbecue, parking. Some villas have access to a shared swimming pool, others have their own private swimming pool.

The Villas
The villas and the apartments are divided into semi-detached, multi-family, and terraced. They are all finely decorated in typical country style.

VILLA 4 (60 m²): Living room with kitchenette and double-sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom. It is possible to add 1 extra bed with surcharge.

VILLA 4 “IN” (60 m²): Composed as the villa 4, but it has access to a shared swimming pool.

VILLA 6 “IN” (80/90 m²): Living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, shared swimming pool. (7th bed with surcharge).

VILLA 6 “EXCLUSIVE” (80/90 m²): Living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom (which can be set in a mezzanine), bathroom. Private swimming pool. (7th bed with surcharge).

VILLA 8 “EXCLUSIVE”(100/120 m²): Living-room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, a mezzanine equipped with a double sofa bed and a bathroom. Private swimming pool (9th bed with surcharge).

Activities in the area
Café, restaurants, supermarket, shops, pharmacy, first aid service, ice-cream parlour, ATM, laundromat, and shops (the opening dates of these services are set by the owners, but normally from June to September) within the Country Village.
Diving center, windsurf and sailing lessons in the nearby. Excursions to the Asinara national park by sail boat or train or jeep and fishing-tourism from the marina of Stintino.
The Towns of Alghero and Sassari at less than 1hr drive, offer several opportunities and visits of important monuments, museums, archaeological sites, handicraft and trendy shops.
