The self catering apartments of the Grande Baia Residence are part of the Resort located on 80 hectares of land overlooking a small cove, facing the magnificent scenery of the islands Tavolara and Molara.
Just a few minutes from the resort the La Pipara beach, a sandy cove, also suitable for children, reachable on foot or by the convenient shuttle service provided free by the Resort.
In the common area of the resort a cocktail lounge bar where you can enjoy a fresh drink or an ice cream listening to live music at the poolside.
At the Grande Baia Resort you can relax at the Wellness and Spa area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, fitness room, various pools for thalassotherapy treatments, 10 cabins for massages and facial and body treatments and a tea corner with a wide selection of teas and juices.
The Grande Baia Resort is also ideal for family holidays, thanks to the Miniclub for children aged 3 to 12 with indoor and outdoor playgrounds, a dedicated swimming pool, a play corner and daily entertainment program with sports activities.

The Resort apartments are all equipped with a veranda or terrace, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, safe, LAN Internet connection, equipped kitchenette, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer.
Trilo apartment for 4 persons: (about 51 m2) living room with sofa and flat-screen TV, modern style table and chairs, kitchenette, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, large furnished terrace. The apartments have a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The bathroom has a shower, a hairdryer and a first set of toiletries (sheets, towels). (Maximum capacity 4 adults + 1 child in a cot).
Trilo apartment Plus for 4 persons: (about 56 m2) living room with sofa and flat-screen TV, modern style table and chairs, kitchenette, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer, large furnished terrace with a wonderful view of the park or on the island of Tavolara. The apartments have a separate double bedroom with a private bathroom and a twin bedroom. Two bathrooms furnished with Orosei marble, equipped with shower, hairdryer and first courtesy set (bed linen, towels). (Maximum capacity 4 adults + 1 child in a cot).
Activities in the surroundings
San Teodoro is one of the most famous tourist destinations in Sardinia, thanks to its natural beauty, such as the promontory of Capo Coda Cavallo, and its magnificent beaches, such as Cala Brandinchi, Isuledda and Puntaldia beach. San Teodoro is also a destination for different sport events and one of the main spot for kite surfing.
Beach services
La Pipara beach is 400 to 800 meters from the resort and can be reached by scheduled shuttle service. Beach umbrellas, deck chairs or sunbeds (according to availability) are included in the Club Card.
Swimming Pool
Open from 01.05 to 30.09 the modern pool is located in the central area of the resort. It is 1.40 m deep with a large relaxation area and a bar. 2 sun loungers and 1 beach umbrella per apartment (according to availability).
Club Card
From 01.05 to 30.09 includes the use of the pool, sun umbrellas, sunbeds (according to availability) by the pool and beach, shuttle service to and from the beach, sports fields and gym, entertainment, mini club and junior club, beach towel.
MINICLUB & JUNIOR CLUB: baby-feeding room open 24h / 24h. Baby club (3-11,99 years) and Junior Club from 12 to 16 years. Available throughout the week with many sports activities.
Spa
"AQUAM" SPA AREA: 115 m2 of outdoor swimming pool with sea water and thalassotherapy treatments.
THE INDOOR SPA extends over 400 m2 in an elegant and fragrant place, perfectly integrated with the essence of Sardinia. Thanks to thalassotherapy, customers can enjoy an exclusive wellness program. Furthermore, to relax and purify, there is a Finnish sauna, a salt bath and a bio sauna. The Spa has 10 single or double cabins for beauty treatments and massages, a fitness room, yoga classes, and a spinning bike in the outdoor pool. Relax area.
