Apartments
The property, with its contemporary design, consists of 56 flats divided into 5 groups of apartments surrounded by gardens. A shared BBQ area is available to all guests for outdoor barbecues.
The apartments are elegantly furnished and provided with all amenities and set on the ground floor with a furnished patio or on the first floor with a furnished terrace.
The apartments are provided with air conditioning, smoke detector, smart satellite TV, WI-FI, kitchenette equipped with kitchenware, Microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine.

Beach
Distance from the sea 100mt and from the protected beach ‘’La Pelosa’’ with limited access 250mt. Beach service with umbrellas and sunbeds for a charge at the nearby Gabbiano and La Pelosetta beaches (seasonal opening).
Activities in the area
Stintino is characterised by its unique and impressive territory. The external coast shaped by sheer rocks and the inner part of the gulf shelters the renowned and iconic beach of La Pelosa. Typical Mediterranean bush, crystalline turquoise waters, a small islet and its Aragonese tower dating 16th century and the extraordinary Asinara Island (a national park since 1997 and a protected marine area since 2002, enrich the landscape. In order to protect the sandy shore, the access to the La Pelosa Beach is restricted to a limited number of people and must be booked in advance. The Asinara Island is an unspoilt and wild Mediterranean hideaway to be explored by boat, by bike, on horseback or off-road.
Stintino is also a well placed starting point for exploring the towns of Alghero, Bosa, Sassari and Castelsardo.
In the nearby of the property there are also bars, restaurants and ice cream parlours. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy diving, kite and windsurfing centres, as well as going trekking and on boat trips.
